Baby Naming
A baby naming ceremony is a great way to celebrate and introduce your baby to your friends and family. As a non religious ceremony, it allows you to celebrate the birth of your child and to choose close friends and family who you would like to be more involved in your child’s life.
As well as the typical elements of a ceremony it is always nice to have a memento of the occasion such as a naming certificate. These are provided to the parents and to those friends and family that have been chosen to play a significant role in the child’s life.
Funerals/Memorials
A memorial is a really important opportunity to say goodbye to a loved one, a friend, family member or even a pet. No matter what your relationship is with the deceased, it’s important to provide them with a memorial befitting who they were and what they meant to those around them. There is so much to be mindful of and to consider which is not an easy thing to do when you are also grieving.
Milestone Pride
Milestone Pride is about celebrating all the various aspects of our lives in a fitting and appropriate manner. It is about being inclusive, celebrating diversity and providing all members of our communities with a celebrant who celebrates you and who you are.
I married my wife overseas when same sex marriage was not available to us here in Australia. During the same sex marriage discussions that took place in 2017, I decided that I wanted to provide a service to all members of the community, so that everyone could enjoy and experience what I have been able to with my wife. I want to provide members of my own LGBTQI community with a service that was about them, about who they are, free of worry and to celebrate their lives and stories.
I will provide you with a ceremony that will suit the occasion that you are wanting to celebrate. I can conduct marriage ceremonies, large and small, funerals/memorials, naming days, vow renewals. The list is endless, if you have a life event that you want to remember with a ceremonial occasion I can be the person to assist you with it.
